With that in mind I made Crescent Moon and Grief Phase blades before I even started. It is also fitting that Tovak carried a sword in the books and since in the book Tovak is given his gear by his god I should give him the best that I could. So, breaking with my traditional approach of not using swords I decided to go with swords as much as possible. Having just finished a Frost Zealot I wanted to use as little as possible of the same gear. Tovak is named after author Marc Alan Edelheit’s dwavern paladin.
